The Carrier Bryant 49BF Humidifier Filter Replacement is also known as Carrier Bryant 318518-761. This genuine Carrier Bryant Replacement Filter has a honeycomb filtration process that helps to trap mineral contaminants. The aluminum mesh filter replacement has a distributor and metal frame conveniently located on top of the filter. A powdery substance on this humidifier filter helps water move slowly so more water can be absorbed into the air. Carrier Bryant recommends that you replace your aluminum water pads every 6 months for optimum performance. If you are in an area experiencing hard water, replace your humidifier filter more often. The Carrier Bryant Humidifier Filter is energy efficient, long lasting and durable.
