Important note: Lennox has updated the design of the metal filter (catalyst insert). It's now 1" thick. Directions for converting the 1" frame to fit the 2" slot can be found here.
Kit Contains:

(1) MERV 10 Filter - # X6664 - 17" x 26" x 4"

(1)Catalyst Insert- # 75X73 (new design)

(4) UV Bulbs # X8149		 Fits Models:

PCO-12C

Note: DO NOT WASH metal insert. Washing will destroy the titanium dioxide catalyst that coats the insert surface.
Recommended Replacement:

Filter: Every 12 months
Metal insert and lamps: Every 24 months
